Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chef / Cook to prepare authentic Indian Muslim dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes such as Biryani, Nasi Kandar, Fish Head Curry, Murtabak, Roti Prata, Mee Goreng / Maggi Goreng, Tandoori items, and assorted curries to ensure consistent taste and presentation across all shifts
- Monitor food portions and control ingredient usage to manage food costs effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, cooking equipment, and food preparation areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Receive, store, and rotate raw meats, seafood, poultry, spices, and fresh produce to ensure freshness and food safety
- Monitor kitchen stock levels and communicate with Head Chef or Management to replenish supplies promptly
- Inspect daily deliveries to verify freshness and quality standards
