Olive & Ember brings southern European cooking and vibrant Mediterranean soul to Club Street. Centered on a custom-built hearth, the kitchen highlights live fire, smoke, and prime ingredients with wood-fired cuts, seafood, seasonal vegetables, and artisanal flatbreads in a warm, lively setting.

We seek motivated kitchen support for our Mediterranean restaurant on Club Street, specializing in Spanish, Italian, and Greek cuisine, to join a small, friendly team focused on fresh ingredients and quality cooking.

• Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes using fresh ingredients to meet restaurant standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately to ensure consistent food quality
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to support timely service
• Demonstrate commitment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Listen actively and learn from supervisors and peers to improve culinary skills
• Some dishwashing is part of the job
