Job Title: Baker (ID1574)

Location: Tai Seng

Working Hours: 5.5 days work, 44 hours per week

Salary: $2500 - $3200

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, tarts, bread and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure quality control of baked goods.
• Perform cake decoration, including preparation of icing and toppings.
• Wash and clean utensils and equipment (e.g., ovens).
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area.
• Collaborate with other kitchen team members to develop new products
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by department head.

• Minimum 2-3 years of baking experience in a professional bakery.
• Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing baked items consistently.
• Ability to work efficiently in baking environment.
• Availability to work early from 7am including weekends
• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
