Join Firestone Bakery as a baker to perform daily baking operations, prepare breads and viennoiseries on schedule, manage stocks, minimize waste, and maintain hygiene standards following SOP and SFA requirements.

• Perform daily baking operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent product quality
• Prepare and produce breads, viennoiseries, and other bakery items on schedule to meet production targets
• Handle all food products properly, maintaining correct temperatures to ensure safety and quality
• Monitor, check, and receive ingredient stocks to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients and food items through careful handling and storage
• Manage and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements
• Read and follow recipes accurately to produce consistent bakery products
• Use standard kitchen equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, and blenders effectively during baking operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery workflow and timely production
• Manage inventory by tracking ingredient usage and stock levels to support efficient kitchen operations
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as required to meet bakery operational needs

• Experience working in a professional kitchen setting to support bakery production
• Interest in food science to enhance baking knowledge and skills
• Creativity and strong interpersonal skills to contribute to a positive team environment
• Proactive attitude in giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve work processes
