We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electric Vehicle Trainer to drive sales excellence and workforce development across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, source, develop and deliver product & sales training programmes.
- Conduct NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned during evenings or weekends.
- Develop training materials, assessments, role plays and coaching guides.
- Maintain & update training materials, training records, attendance, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports.
- Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans.
- Diploma or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or Hospitality related.
- Must have ACTA / ACLP certification.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages to communicate with China HQ and external stakeholders of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Willing to travel within Singapore when required.
- Need to conduct training during evenings or weekends.
