• Own end-to-end recruitment, including JD management and posting
• Directly source candidates, conduct cold calls and resume screening; support hiring managers on candidate qualification evaluation
• Carry out talent mapping, gather industry and function insights, and drive follow-up for related recruitment projects
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics across projects, provide actionable suggestions for recruitment operation decisions
• Serve as the single point of contact to resolve enquiries from candidates, external headhunters and interviewers

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Solid direct sourcing capability
• Able to independently run full-lifecycle recruitment
• Experience managing recruitment programs
• Hands-on with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
• Well-versed in various sourcing approaches
• Able to design and execute sourcing strategies to build and sustain a healthy talent pipeline
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken); Cantonese is a plus
