We are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in ensuring a welcoming environment and delivering a positive patient experience.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist patients with professionalism and courtesy

• Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and general enquiries

• Handle invoicing, payment collection, and daily administrative tasks

• Respond to phone calls, emails, messages, and other correspondence promptly and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

• Support smooth daily clinic operations and work collaboratively with the team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, responsible, and patient-focused attitude

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer and administrative skills

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred

• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential
