Job Description

• 1. Clean and service guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, including Make beds, change bed linens and pillowcases, clean bathroom, vacuum and mop floors.

• 2. Refill toiletries, minibar items and tea/coffee supplies (if applicable). Replace towels and amenities.

• 3. Clean corridors, lift lobby, pantry and housekeeping areas. Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas.

• 4. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals properly, keep trolley and pantry neat and organised.

• 5. Report any damaged or missing items to supervisor, and suspicious activities or safety hazards.
