Bhūmi is a boutique Pilates studio and home of The NeuroBody Method™, combining Pilates and neuroscience across Malaysia & Singapore to promote lifelong vitality.

Lead Pilates reformer group classes, adapting exercises to diverse client needs while ensuring a safe, motivating environment. Support studio operations and maintain equipment for optimal client experience.

• Teach Pilates reformer exercises to groups of up to 10 participants, ensuring clear instruction and engagement
• Adapt Pilates exercises to accommodate different population types within the same class, addressing varied physical needs
• Design Pilates exercise routines aligned with clients’ objectives and health conditions, maintaining adherence to Pilates Fitness class frameworks
• Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and motivating environment that encourages long-term Pilates practice
• Perform basic studio opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations
• Use the Mindbody system to efficiently check in clients and manage attendance
• Maintain studio equipment and cleanliness to uphold a professional and safe environment

• Certification or training in Pilates mat and reformer from Stott Pilates, Polestar, BASI Pilates , BodyTree or PilatesWorks
• Knowledge of human anatomy and muscle engagement to safely guide exercises
• Understanding of physical limitations for special populations, such as scoliosis, post-surgery recovery, and rehabilitation techniques
• Ability to manage group classes effectively while delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work a minimum of 2 back-to-back hours weekly, with flexible scheduling including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
