• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with regular customers.
• Recommend menu items and assist guests with their orders.
• Ensure the café area is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
• Handle cashiering duties and process orders accurately.
• Monitor product quality and maintain presentation standards.
• Support daily opening, closing, and stock replenishment duties.

• 1-2 years of experience in a café, coffee chain, or F&B environment.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
