About the role You will market personal line products to customers through outbound effort and handle inbound sales enquiries with high quality customer experience. Key responsibilities Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing Make
outbound calls to existing and potential customers
to introduce and promote insurance products. Handle
inbound sales enquiries
and provide accurate information on products, benefits and services. Handle customer enquiries with confidence Correspond with customers through emails Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment Achieve assigned sales targets, conversion rates and other key performance indicators (KPIs) Follow up with interested customers and manage leads effectively through the sales cycle Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant insurance products where appropriate
About you Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, outbound sales, call centre sales, inside sales or related roles Candidates from
banking, insurance, telecommunications, financial services, education, healthcare or other target-driven industries
are welcome. Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills Customer-oriented with a strong sales mindset Target-driven, resilient and motivated by achieving KPIs Excellent interpersonal skills A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards Well organized and systematic in work Proficient in Microsoft office and AS400
