• Position: Telemarketing Executive (Leads Provided)

• Location: CBD - Collyer Quay

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm

• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Up to Gross $3,500 or more ($2,800 Basic + Sales Incentives) + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Variable Bonus

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Wealth & Estate Management

Main Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using provided leads to introduce company products and services.

• Follow a prepared script and answer customer enquiries.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers on sales opportunities.

• Handle incoming enquiries and collect relevant customer details.

• Update customer records, call outcomes and opt-out requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.

• At least 1 year of relevant telesales or telemarketing experience.

• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with customers.
