Outbound Telesales Specialist | Up to SGD 4K + Commission | Malaysians Welcome

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketers to join a leading insurance company in Singapore. This role offers an attractive basic salary, competitive sales commissions and excellent opportunities for career growth.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products and services.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Handle customer enquiries, objections and follow-ups professionally.

Achieve individual monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.

Build positive customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of outbound tele sales or call center sales experience preferred.

Prior experience in insurance, banking or financial services sales is an advantage.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Willing to work in Singapore.
