Position BD (Education sector focus)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and acquire education-sector clients (universities, language schools, international schools) for cross-border payment solutions.
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored payment solutions (API integration, FX, reconciliation, multi-currency).
Promote product features and coordinate system integration with client ERP/CRM.
Manage full customer lifecycle: issue resolution, upsell, renewal, and retention.
Conduct market and competitor research (e.g., Flywire, Western Union).
Collaborate with marketing and external partners to enhance product offerings.
Core Requirements
3+ years in cross-border payments or B2B BD/Sales; education client resources a plus.
Knowledge of SG/SEA education market and compliance.
Strong communication and solution‑selling skills.
Able to explain basic payment system logic and API concepts.
Results‑driven, adaptable, and able to work across time zones.
