• Product Voice of the Customer Act as the internal voice of clinicians, ensuring newly developed software fixes real-world provider pain points rather than adding administrative friction.
• EHR & Clinical Data Optimization Guide the clinical design and optimization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, emphasizing data liquidity and intuitive clinical documentation templates.
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance Ensure all technology solutions and operational workflows comply with healthcare regulations, quality metrics (e.g., MIPS, HEDIS), and patient safety standards.
• Clinical Change Management Partner with hospital leadership to spearhead clinician onboarding, training strategies, and peer-to-peer advocacy to accelerate software adoption.
• Revenue Cycle Alignment Align clinical documentation workflows with revenue cycle management (RCM) realities, optimizing medical coding accuracy and reducing hospital claim denials.
