Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Provide concierge service to enhance the residents living experience
Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain secure access control
Answer and route concerns and enquiries promptly and courteously
Assist with way finding and provide information on the premise and amenities
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting lobby area
Ensure reception supplies and stationeries are properly stocked
Keep track of daily happenings and ensure daily handover logs from team members are updated
Participate in official key and/or recurring on-site events andany festive celebrations as and when required
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 1 year experience in care institutions, hospitality or retail industry in a customer service role
Neat and well-groomed with warm personality
Patient and caring, and willing to serve elderly individuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse in Mandarin and/or other dialects with the residents
Able to commit to shift duties (including weekends and public holidays)
