Job Description

Location : Labrador MRT Working Hours : 8.30 am - 6pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Friday) Salary : Up to 3,300 + AWS Employment Type : 1 year contract (full time, renewable) Responsibilities: Respond to cases via multiple channels such as hotline, email, online forms, chatbot, portal or case management system. Perform basic troubleshooting based on SOP and guides Escalate tickets to next level and ensure resolution within Service Level Agreement Ensure that all customer queries and any follow-up interactions are logged into CRM accurately and timely. Proactively escalate query trends or potential issues to team leader Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Supervisor Requirements : Diploma in information technology field or engineering related field Minimum 2 years of working experience in Technical Helpdesk operation Prior experience in Government Technology agency will be an added advantage High integrity, accountability, and teamwork. Excellent interpersonal skills and bilingual proficiency. Good command of written and spoken English to handle English speaking customers.
