Hours
Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:30pm; Fri 7:30am-4:00pm
Key Roles- Train students; work with teachers and support school-wide projects/operations
- Manage and operate the Inno Lab at designated times
- Provide training, mentoring, and support for Inno Lab projects
- Provide school-wide ICT support
- Manage event implementation
- Perform daily operational duties
- Perform preventive maintenance for media equipment
- Maintain AV/video conferencing inventory; generate monthly reports and highlight low stock/faulty equipment
- Liaise with vendors to install, test, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
- Train Media Resource Club students during CCA (PA system, photography, videography)
- Assist, guide, and advise students for Media-related competitions (e.g., OSOS)
- Provide consultancy and assist teachers in media-related matters
- Assist the ICT department in other ICT-related matters
- 3 years' relevant working experience
- Preferably a Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Familiar with common iOS apps for makerspace (e.g., Polycam)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
