Roles & Responsibilities

. Set up kitchen daily

. Prepare the foods and ensure smooth operation

. Cut various meats and vegetables as per established specification

. Track inventory stock in kitchen and conduct daily order

Job Requirements

Good experience in preparing foods

Good skill in meat slice and garnish

Knowledge of good hygiene practices.

Willing to work long hours and OT when required
