Job description:

1. Prepare, bake and present all baked items effectively, meeting the company operation manual and gold standards.

2. Produce bread / buns on schedule.

3. Practice good housekeeping & workplace / kitchen safety awareness.

4. Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.

5. All other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor.

6 days per week. Official working hours from 6.30am to 5.30pm. Entitled one (1) hour of meal break.

Working location - near bugis

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and other baked items
• Follow established recipes and maintain a high standard of quality and hygiene
• Monitor ingredient levels and assist with stock rotation
• Work within a set schedule to ensure timely product availability
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Support the team in day-to-day tasks as needed

• Working 6 days a week.
• Prior baking experience in a commercial or retail setting is preferred
• Solid understanding of baking techniques and food safety regulations
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a calm, focused work ethic
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a small team
• Able to lift goods up to 20kg (e.g. a sack of flour)
