SOURDOUGH FACTORY LLP (Food Manufacturing - Artisan Bread Supply) Full Timer Baker Salary Range: Up to $2800 Location: 5 Mandai Link Mandai Foodlink (Kranji) Working Day: 6 days a week Working Hour: 8 hours per day (44 hour per week + 1.5 OT Rate) Working Shift: 0630-1530 (1 hour break) Public Holiday: one day's PH In Lieu Annual leave: 10 days
Meal allowance provided.
Responsibility- Process ingredients scaling list
- Responsible for production of all dough
- To assist baking
- Cleaning up of used equipment & work stations
- To assist in dough shaping at table work station
- To portion and scale dough weight according to requirement
- To sort and arrange shaped dough by its code
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
