Your Role Prepare fresh bakes for daily café service. Support recipe testing, balancing flavour, texture and nourishment. Plan daily production and maintain consistent quality. Keep your workspace clean, manage ingredients and minimise waste. About You Possesses a Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 Certification. Relevant baking experience and a sound understanding of baking techniques. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and experiment. Reliable, organised and attentive to detail. Enjoy working in a team and take pride in baking from scratch.
