Roles and Responsibilities: . Perform hands-on work in the making of pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products . Maintain consistent quality in the preparation of products . Ensure proper packing, labelling and storage of ingredients and products . Assist with logistics such as trolley wrap/cover/retrievability, product picking & dispatch, wherever required . Execute all duties tasked by Reporting Officers in the department . Observe and adhere to highest safety, sanitary & hygiene standards in the production area . Comply with FSSC, AVA and other local food authorities, including MUIS/Halal, requirements . Perform or assist with administrative activities such as those related to production planning & FSSC/SAP production documentation . Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment and work areas Key Competencies: . Exposure in the manufacturing of western pastry/savoury/kitchen/bakery products & on a large scale . Familiarisation with Food Quality Control System and FSSC system . Knowledge in running the relevant equipment, as necessary
