mustard is partnering with an expanding architecture practice to find ambitious architectural talent looking to make a direct impact on live projects across Healthcare, Laboratory, and Commercial sectors.

This studio combines high-impact regional work with a culture rooted in mentorship and professional growth, actively supporting career development, including guidance through the process of becoming a Qualified Person (QP).

• End-to-End Delivery: Contribute across all design and execution phases—from preliminary concepts through to detailed technical documentation and site administration.
• Technical & Authority Coordination: Develop CAD and BIM drawing packages while ensuring full compliance with Singapore building regulations, authority submissions, and PSSCOC contract frameworks.
• Site & Client Leadership: Structural site progress and client meetings and drive effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

• Education & Experience: Degree or Master's in Architecture with 4-5+ years experience (exposure to healthcare, laboratory, or projects valued at SGD $20M+ is highly sought after).
• Technical Skills: High command of AutoCAD and BIM / Revit for technical detailing and spatial coordination.
• Mindset & Regulatory Knowledge: A organized, responsible team player familiar with local Singapore authority requirements and site contract administration.
• Note: Singaporeans and Singapore PRs will be prioritized.
